At the AAHOA Conference 2026, held from April 8th to 10th in Philadelphia, we had an incredible opportunity to connect with industry professionals and deepen our presence within the hospitality community. The event served as a perfect platform to highlight our expertly designed case goods, designed to bring together modern aesthetics, practical functionality and enduring value for today's hospitality spaces.
The Hotel & Resort Design South show in Miami was the perfect venue to showcase our most elegant and durable FF&E collections. Our team enjoyed discussing custom design solutions that help create unforgettable resort and hotel environments.
It was a pleasure connecting with our valued partners and industry leaders at the AAHOA 2025 Conference in New Orleans. We were proud to showcase our latest innovations in hospitality furniture, all designed to enhance guest satisfaction and ROI.
We spent three days in San Antonio at The Hospitality Show, which has quickly become the meeting point for the commercial side of our industry. The Sara Hospitality team worked the floor, met with property owners planning 2025 renovations, and sat in on sessions covering procurement, soft goods sourcing, and sustainable design. Our display focused on casegoods built for extended stay and upper-midscale properties, which drew steady interest from both returning clients and first-time visitors. We left the show with a stack of RFPs rather than just business cards. For a team that spends most of the year behind the scenes on production, these three days are where we catch up with the people actually running hotels
Birmingham hosted AAHOA's Alabama Regional Conference this August, and our team was on the ground for meetings and exhibits. Regional events like this one where we demo some of our best work. Owners in smaller markets often have very specific needs around budget, lead times, and durability, and those conversations are harder to have at a national show. We brought samples from our hospitality furniture line and spent most of the day walking Alabama-based hotel owners through finish options and customization. A handful of the contacts we made that afternoon are now active quote requests. If you run a hotel in the Southeast and missed us in Birmingham, our team is happy to follow up directly.
The 2024 AAHOA Convention put us in Orlando for four days, and Sara Hospitality was there with a booth full of new works. This was one of the larger AAHOA editions in recent memory, with the trade floor running busier than we remembered from past years. Our display featured a refreshed lineup of guest room case goods and lobby seating, much of it built around feedback we had collected at the 2023 regional shows. Some of our longest-standing clients stopped by, which is always a reminder that the relationships built at AAHOA tend to last well beyond the trade show floor. We flew back with a strong pipeline and plenty to follow up on.
Cincinnati gave us the chance to meet with hoteliers across the North Central region in November. Owners were planning further ahead, talking seriously about 2024 and 2025 renovations, and asking more detailed questions about sourcing and freight. Our team set up the regional display and spent the day walking visitors through our case goods , bedroom furniture and custom options. A few conversations turned into follow-up & showroom visits. Events like AAHOA's North Central Regional are useful precisely because they are smaller. There is more time to actually listen, and the buyers who show up are almost always ready to talk specifics.
At the LPS of USA National Convention and Trade Show, held on August 8, 2023, in Memphis, TN, Sara Hospitality had the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and showcase our high-quality FF&E solutions. We joined AAHOA's Alabama Regional in June 2023. Alabama has always been an important market for our hospitality furniture business, and this year's regional kept that trend going. The mix on the floor was a blend of franchisees, independent owners, and a few GMs handling renovations for smaller portfolios. We brought our core casegoods samples along with a few newer pieces we had been testing with clients in neighboring states. The day ran efficiently, which meant real conversations rather than quick booth drive-bys. We took back a handful of projects already moving toward the quote stage.
Atlanta's AAHOA Regional is one of the bigger regional events ,Sara Hospitality made the trip to exhibit and meet with owners across the Southeast. The city always draws a strong crowd of hoteliers, our booth featured new hospitality FF&E collections built specifically for midscale and upper-midscale renovations, which is where a lot of the current demand sits. We spent most of the day in conversations about lead times, and the specifics of bulk orders. Atlanta tends to attract owners who are actively in the buying phase rather than just browsingl. We left with a solid list of follow-ups and renewed relationships with a new clients.
At the GCA Trade Show, hosted by the Gujarati community in Nashville on April 13, 2023, Sara Hospitality proudly participated to showcase our hotel furniture and FF&E solutions. The event provided a great platform to connect with hotel owners, general managers, and other hospitality professionals. We introduced our range of products, highlighting quality, functionality, and design tailored for modern hospitality spaces. It was a valuable opportunity to engage with industry peers, exchange insights, and strengthen our presence within the hospitality community.
Sara Hospitality joined the AAHOA Convention in Baltimore this spring, spending four days with hoteliers, developers, and design firms from across North America. Baltimore gave us the chance to meet face-to-face with owners and to hear directly what they needed from their FF&E suppliers in a post-pandemic market. We brought our latest case goods and guest room furniture to the floor, and the conversations that followed shaped how we now think about value engineering for mid-scale brands. We walked away with new project leads, some supplier partnerships, and a clearer sense of where the industry was heading. AAHOA Baltimore 2022 remains one of the most useful events on our calendar.
LPS of USA held its National Convention in Nashville in August 2021. Sara Hospitality exhibited over the two-day show and spent most of the time in direct conversation with independent hotel owners who had spent much of the previous year holding off on renovations. The mood on the floor was noticeably optimistic. Owners were ready to take action, and supply chain discussions were a top priority. We brought samples from our hospitality furniture line and discussed lead times and the practical side of getting FF&E delivered on schedule in a constrained freight market.
We participated in the Atlanta Build Expo 2021 this July. The event attracts a diverse audience, including architects, general contractors, engineers, commercial builders, developers, remodelers, subcontractors, designers, home builders, facility and property managers, as well as municipal, government, and real estate professionals. It draws strong participation from contractors, architects, and developers involved in commercial projects across the Southeast. For a hospitality furniture company, that audience is a useful one. We had conversations about FF&E packages for new builds, discussed timelines with contractors working on hotel projects in Georgia and picked up leads in adjacent sectors. The people there are builders, and they talk about furniture the way builders do: specs, ship dates, and what holds up on site.
AAHOA’s Mid-South Regional event took us to Nashville in October 2019, and Sara Hospitality set up on the trade floor for the event. We connected with industry peers, shared ideas, and gained valuable insights into the hospitality sector.l. We presented hospitality bedroom furniture, Senior living fabric options, and a few custom pieces developed for clients in the region. The day was short but the quality of conversations was high.

AAHOA's 2018 Annual Convention took us to Washington for four days of meetings, sessions, and trade floor conversations. The DC edition had a different character than AAHOA events in other cities. There was more focus on policy sessions and legislative updates alongside the usual trade floor activity, which gave us a broader view of what owners were watching beyond their own properties. Our booth featured case goods , and guest room packages, with particular attention to midscale brands actively renovating in 2018 and 2019. A few of the relationships we started in Washington are still active clients today.
The LPS of USA National Convention set up in Atlanta in late July 2017, and Sara Hospitality was on the exhibitor list for three days of meetings with independent hotel owners from across the country. LPS gathers a tighter-knit community than some of the larger shows, and that character shows up on the trade floor. Our conversations were direct, the buyers were serious, and most of what we discussed moved into real project discussions within a few weeks. We presented our hospitality furniture lineup with a focus on pieces suited to smaller independent properties, which is where much of the LPS membership operates. Atlanta itself is always a strong market for us, and the combination of the LPS audience and the local buying base made those three days productive.
The NEWH Regional Tradeshow brings us to a newer trade floor. NEWH is built around the hospitality design community, which means the buyers on the floor are mostly interior designers and procurement specialists working with brand standards and boutique portfolios. We attended the New York regional in 2017 to introduce our hospitality casegoods line to that audience. The conversations in New York were detailed and design-forward. Designers asked questions about wood species, finish stability, and lead times in ways that owners at other shows typically do not. While NEWH runs show, the quality of contacts is high, and the day in New York added a few long-term design firm relationships to our roster.
San Antonio welcomed AAHOA for its 2017 Annual Convention, and our team spent time meeting with hotel owners from across the country. We arrived with a full display of FF&E and shared our roadmap for the year ahead with clients old and new. A number of the projects we discussed at that convention turned into installations later in 2017 and into 2018, which is the mark of a productive show. AAHOA's San Antonio edition also gave us the chance to sit in on several education sessions, particularly around ownership trends in limited-service segments. Those conversations shaped some of the product decisions we made over the following year.
The 2016 AAHOA Annual Convention landed in Nashville, and Sara Hospitality was on the trade floor for what turned out to be one of the more memorable editions of the show. AAHOA gave us the platform to introduce our hospitality furniture line to a wider national audience. We met with hoteliers from the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond, many of whom were planning PIP renovations tied to brand refresh programs. The conversations in Nashville gave us a realistic read on what the market wanted at the time: durable, value-driven furniture that did not cut corners on finish or build. We get a long list of follow-ups and sense that the show had moved our business forward meaningfully.
