Woodgrain

Woodgrain brings its own set of risks. Changes in humidity, air conditioning cycles, and daily use can cause movement if the material isn’t stable. Some surfaces shift slightly, others show it right away. We pay attention to substrates, grain direction, and how finishes sit on the surface during production. A woodgrain that looks fine at install but moves later becomes an issue across an entire room. Choices are made to limit that movement and keep pieces aligned long after delivery.
